The Villas released two excellent albums in the early 00’s – “Secret” in 2000 and “Set For Life” in 2003.  Both are highly recommended for power pop fans and have a consistent quality to them not found often on a lot of releases.  The Villas are a husband and wife pop duo who are vocalists and guitarists (Angel Ali Villa is on lead guitar, while providing harmonies to Bill Villa‘s lead vocals) and the duo work together as a songwriting team.

The band are getting ready to shift back into gear in 2012 with new material. For now, during the month of December, let’s enjoy a Christmas track from The Villas as we await news on their next album in the coming year.
