Love the Heats – between 1980 and 1984 I must have seen them about 15 times – and every time they rocked the house down. Wore out a couple copies each of their two albums on vinyl. They’re still one of my favorite bands.
I wish someone would reissue that first album again. Impossible to find the Japanese disc these days and i waited too long… These guys were so popular in their hometown of Seattle, Loverboy opened for ’em. Imagine that…

I saw these guys open for Van Halen and Bighorn at UPS in Tacoma Wa. These guys are the whole reason I became a Power Pop Junkie!
