Here is some info on Baldrachi’s latest project:

“Tomorrow Never Knows” was a collaborative effort, especially Gary Rand who played guitar, bass, and arranged the backing vocal harmonies, as well as co-writing many of the album’s tracks with me. I was also fortunate to have another Solid Ground alum, Alice Austin, back to sing backing vocals on several tracks, and at the suggestion of The Vinyl Skyway’s Michael Hayes, both Amy Fairchild (backing vocals) and Dave Lieb (keyboards) were also key performers on these recordings.

Many other guests lent their efforts as well including both Amy Rigby (vocals on “Promise Me A New Start”), and Ian McLagan (Hammond B3 and Wurlitzer on “Now For Good”) from afar, Ian Kennedy (violin and mandolin on “Pick Up The Pieces”), who also mastered the record at New Alliance East, and Aristides Rivas (cello on “Lose It All,” and “Release Me”). Special thanks go to Paul Q. Kolderie for mixing the record, and the folks at Kissy Pig Studios, KRM and Corbin in particular, for their work on the project.”

Peter is a great example with musicians/bands fully optimizing all the available options on the internet to make it easy for folks like us to find out more about musicians like him. I love seeing this so I’m going to display all his hard work with setting this up and making it easy for Pop Pioneers to find out more about Baldrachi’s latest release.

An album named after the most gloriously psychedelic Beatles song ever. Ian McLagan (author of the Small Faces’ wonderful psych-pop classic, “Up the Wooden Hills to Bedfordshire”) guesting on Hammond and Wurlitzer. A great power pop sound. What’s not to love?

    Cheers,

    Stu

Nice tune, nice sound overall, good vocals, tasty bass lines, satisfying lead. I would need to hear a cut or 2 more before I’d commit to purchase it. Will recommend others to hear it..

eMusic should be added as a link for Peter’s music as well. Looks like they have the new album as well as a previous LP.
