A project many years in the making, POP GARDEN RADIO host and power pop impressario Adam Waltemiere has found a way to mid-wife this project in 2013 and it’s cause for celebration for many power pop geeks.  Just take a look at the list below, download a long from the tribute and listen to the Bandcamp tracks below.[linebreak style=”simple”]

The main idea behind the tribute is to share the music of Rick Nelson through  the sounds of independent musicians of today.    Artists included on Volume 1 the tribute include Phil Solem, Brian Ray, Rob Bonfiglio,  Jeremy,  DC Cardwell, Walter Clevenger & the Dairy Kings,  Gary Pig Gold, An American Underdog,   Dennis Pickens, Popdudes, Steven Wright-Mark, and many many more.  The digial download of the project is available now(links below) and the CD will be released in May.
